VPN: There should be little to do with the new VPN.

  • If you are out of the office load times may take longer due to bandwidth.
  • Open the Customer Folder and all docs should be there
  • If the folder does not open then it is a good idea to check the VPN is on and there is not issue with it.
  •  If the Customer Folder is not working do the following.
  • Go to task bar at bottom rt task bar.
    • Look for the VPN client it should be like photo above Blue with 3 white circles if it shows grey or any other colors click it to open the program.

      Once its open try to power it off and back on by using the power button.

      • Reboot the computer.









I have setup an in office and out of office folder.   

If the out of office folder does not work check to make sure the VPN is on first.
